Tandem Flights - Cerro Arco - Argentina

Mendoza Parapente is oriented to adventure tourism, by making excursions in 4x4 and tandem flights with an instructor, giving interested parties the possibility of a paragliding in a safe and enjoyable.

The paragliding trip in Mendoza, is a rise in the foothills of Mendoza 4x4, reaching the summit of Cerro Arco, from there it makes the tandem flight with a qualified instructor.

Flying time is approximately 20 minutes depending on weather conditions.

The transfer of the passenger is in charge of our company since he left the hotel / hostel in downtown area, until his return to the same at the end of the tour.

It is a half day tour departing in two shifts: morning and afternoon (must consult departure times as they vary according to time of year in which the activity takes place).

To make the passenger shall bear clothing, hiking shoes or similar, long pants and coat.

If you choose an excursion in the morning shift, we recommend taking a light breakfast, and if done in the afternoon, not overeating, in both cases it is important not to eat dairy.

This activity is not restricted to sex, age or weight. In case of a minor, this must be approved by their parents or guardians.

You can make this trip with companions, including for their transportation from the hotel / hostel to the base of Cerro Arco, 4x4 excursion to the summit of Cerro Arco, where you can appreciate the off paragliding and panoramic view of the city and return to the hotel / hostel.

During the flight, passengers do not experience vertigo while the people suffer, as in paragliding there is no ground reference, that may arise from the vertigo.

Both the takeoff and landing of the glider are soft, the position during the flight is seated, with hands free and can take pictures or shoot with ease, enjoying the magnificent view of the Andes mountains and the panoramic view of the city of Mendoza.
